Realtor Paul Chang offers Haverhill Council on Aging members with reverse mortgages options if they expect to outlive the mortgage or learn how to capture the equity in their homes and avoid surprises.
The presentation also seeks to help people understand their options if they plan to stay in their homes over the long term.
The talk takes place Friday, Sept. 4., 10 a.m., at Haverhill Citizen Center, 10 Welcome St., Haverhill. The Haverhill Council on Aging requires reservations by calling 978-374-2390, ext. 3916.
