Munch & Learn: Reverse Mortgages, Reimagined

Join Traci Ranic of Frontier Financial of Arizona for “Munch & Learn: Reverse Mortgages, Reimagined,” a free educational class hosted through the Osher Lifelong Learning Institute at Yavapai College. The event will take place Thursday, May 14, 2026, from 12:30 p.m. to 1:45 p.m. at the Prescott Campus, Building 3-119, located at 1100 E. Sheldon St. in Prescott. An online attendance option is also available for those who prefer to join remotely. The class is designed for homeowners, retirees, and anyone planning for their financial future.

Attendees will learn how reverse mortgages work, hear the facts behind common myths, and explore how a federally insured HECM loan may support long-term retirement goals. Ranic will also share personal experiences that highlight how reverse mortgages can help families manage retirement and care expenses.
