A mortgage brokerage has marked its second anniversary by moving into larger premises after growing its workforce from three people to 17.

Oak Mortgages has relocated to Unit 1A at Withambrook Estate, Grantham, as it prepares to expand its team and specialist services further.

The independent firm, which launched in 2024, says it has helped hundreds of clients with first-time buyer mortgages, home moves and more complex applications involving self-employment, adverse credit and specialist lending.

Founder and director Michelle Neville said the additional space would allow the company to continue growing while offering face-to-face mortgage and protection advice.

She said: “Seeing Oak grow from three people to a team of 17 has been incredible, but what makes me most proud isn’t the growth itself; it’s the difference we’ve been able to make to so many families.

“Every mortgage we arrange represents someone buying their first home, moving to somewhere bigger, rebuilding after financial difficulties or creating a better future.”

Michelle thanked the company’s staff, clients, business partners and supporters, as well as 247 Clothing for welcoming the firm into its building.

She added: “Businesses don’t grow without people believing in them.

“We’re excited for this next chapter and look forward to continuing to support people across Grantham and beyond for many years to come.”

Oak Mortgages plans to continue recruiting and expanding its specialist mortgage services during its third year.
