StoneX Commodity Solutions LLC, a subsidiary of StoneX Group Inc., has acquired Advanced Marketing Group LLC, an Oregon-based agricultural ingredients trading business.

Seattle-based investment bank ACT Capital Advisors represented Advanced Marketing Group, or AMG, in the transaction. Managing directors Stephen Spencer and Ron Huff and associate Zack Hsieh advised the company. Financial terms were not disclosed.

Founded in 2010 and headquartered in Wilsonville, Oregon, AMG trades animal feed and pet food ingredients and blends organic fertilizers. Its customers include pet food manufacturers, dairy and poultry producers, feed mills, feedlots and fertilizer brands.

The company has approximately 20 trading and operations employees across Oregon, Kansas, Texas, Virginia and Canada, supported by a network of trans-load and storage locations.

“Advanced Marketing Group has established an extraordinary benchmark for quality and supply chain excellence in the agricultural ingredient sector,” Spencer said. He added that StoneX’s international footprint could provide a platform for expanding AMG’s business.

StoneX Group, which trades on Nasdaq under the SNEX ticker, provides execution, risk management, market intelligence, clearing and other financial services across multiple asset classes.

The acquisition gives StoneX an established agricultural ingredients operation with existing trading, logistics and customer relationships across the U.S. and Canada.
