Examinetics Expands Safety Services with Strategic Business Acquisitions

Overland Park firm expands nationwide safety compliance and on-site staffing capabilities through two key acquisitions.

Occupational health and compliance provider Examinetics has expanded its nationwide operations by acquiring Progressive Safety and Jurgiel & Associates.

The transactions represent the fourth and fifth acquisitions for the company over the past 18 months as it continues to build out its safety consulting division.

Through the addition of Progressive Safety, the company gains the ability to rapidly deploy credentialed safety specialists directly to job sites on a temporary or permanent basis. The provider specializes in on-site safety management for large-scale infrastructure projects, including data center construction.

Meanwhile, the acquisition of Jurgiel & Associates adds industrial hygiene testing and environmental health capabilities to the company’s portfolio. The move expands the firm’s geographic footprint and increases its safety consulting division to more than 50 technicians nationwide.
