Mumbai: Digital marketing agency Liqvd Asia has been awarded the social media and online reputation management (ORM) mandate for Narayana Health following a multi-agency pitch process. The partnership aims to strengthen the healthcare network’s digital presence and online reputation as consumers increasingly rely on digital platforms to research healthcare providers, seek medical information and make treatment decisions.

Under the mandate, Liqvd Asia will manage Narayana Health’s social media presence and online reputation strategy, focusing on building credible, relevant and meaningful conversations across digital platforms. The collaboration combines Narayana Health’s healthcare expertise with Liqvd Asia’s capabilities in digital storytelling, social media strategy and ORM.

Narayana Health, which operates a wide network of hospitals across India, said digital engagement has become an important aspect of how healthcare institutions build trust and connect with patients even before they visit a hospital. The mandate comes as more people turn to online platforms for healthcare information, treatment options and guidance.

Commenting on the partnership, Arnab Mitra, Founder and Managing Director, Liqvd Asia, said, “In healthcare, the most important digital conversation often happens before a person ever becomes a patient. It could be a search, a question, or simply an attempt to understand what comes next. The opportunity, therefore, is not to talk louder, but to be more useful and relevant in the moments that matter. Narayana Health brings immense scale and credibility to this space, and we look forward to bringing that purpose into the digital world in a way that feels authentic to today’s audiences.”

Abhishek Misra, Country Head – Brand & Marketing, Narayana Health, said, “When someone is looking for healthcare, they are often looking for more than just information. They are looking for clarity, confidence, and at times, reassurance. As digital experience becomes part of that relationship, it is important for us to communicate with the same sense of responsibility that we bring to the care we provide. Partnering with Liqvd Asia gives us the right expertise to build that presence with rigour and relevance.”

The partnership reflects the growing importance of digital platforms in shaping how healthcare brands engage with consumers and build trust. Going forward, Liqvd Asia will work towards enhancing Narayana Health’s digital engagement by creating informative, credible and patient-centric communication while strengthening the brand’s online reputation.
