SP Samhwa said on the 12th that it signed a memorandum of understanding on the 11th with the Ministry of Environment, KEITI, and others for a project to improve indoor environments for vulnerable groups in environmental health.
The event, hosted by the Ministry of Environment and organized by KEITI, was designed to help vulnerable groups live in safer indoor environments free from harmful environmental factors. Under the agreement, indoor environment improvement work will be carried out for 250 households receiving basic livelihood benefits or classified as near-poverty households that have children under the age of 13. The program will target homes deemed in urgent need of improvement based on indoor air quality tests. SP Samhwa will provide its premium iLux Paint for the project. iLux Paint meets the volatile organic compound standards set by the Clean Air Conservation Act and is manufactured without formaldehyde or heavy metals.
At the event, SP Samhwa also received a ministerial commendation in recognition of its long-standing contribution to improving living environments for vulnerable groups.
