Allisons Financial Planning has gone live with JammJar, using the artificial intelligence (AI)-powered operating system to change how its advisers and support teams manage clients and cases.
Allisons will use JammJar to bring together people, processes, communication and data in one system, putting AI at the centre of the mortgage advice process.
The system links up the technology and information advisers need, helping firms move away from manual processes and disconnected systems.
The latest version of JammJar will be unveiled in a live online webinar on 17th September at 11am, showing new AI capabilities, workflow automation, AI agents, integrations with Microsoft and iPipeline, and a new customer experience.
Karl Griffin (pictured), CEO and co-founder at JammJar, said: “There’s a strange contradiction in the way our industry talks about AI.
“We talk about incredibly sophisticated technology, but advisers are still spending huge parts of their day sitting at a keyboard, manually entering information, updating systems and chasing cases. We want to change that.
“Our ambition with JammJar is that an adviser shouldn’t need to touch a keyboard to keep their CRM up to date.”
Griffin added: “The technology should be doing that work in the background, understanding what has happened and helping the business determine what needs to happen next.
“That’s why we talk about AI making mortgage advice more human.
“The objective isn’t to use technology to put distance between advisers and their clients; it’s the opposite.”
He said: “We want AI to take away the repetitive work so advisers have more time to listen, understand, reassure and advise.
“Allisons understands that this isn’t about replacing one CRM with another.
“It’s an opportunity to change how the business operates, and that’s exactly the kind of firm we want to work with.”
Lisa Collins, head of growth at Allisons Financial Planning, said: “We think the real opportunity with AI isn’t simply about making the administration around mortgage advice a little bit quicker, it’s completely rethinking how advisers work.
“That’s what attracted us to JammJar. We want technology that works in the background and allows our advisers to be more present with their clients.
“If AI can take care of more of the repetitive work, our people can concentrate on the parts of the job where being human really matters.”
