Hana Financial Group will join hands with Seobu T&D to provide financing support for an urban advanced logistics complex development project. It plans to combine Hana Bank’s corporate finance capabilities with Hana Securities’ investment finance expertise. The group will cooperate across all stages, including project financing arrangement, co-investment and financial structuring.
Hana Financial said on June 28 it signed a memorandum of understanding with Seobu T&D on June 26 to strengthen cooperation on the urban advanced logistics complex development project.
The agreement was designed to build a financial cooperation framework for Seobu T&D’s project in Sinjeong-dong, Yangcheon district, Seoul. The project aims to create a complex infrastructure that combines smart logistics facilities with commercial and support facilities.
Hana Financial plans to provide support through Hana Bank and Hana Securities, including project financing arrangement, development project structure analysis, financial structuring and comprehensive financial solutions. It also plans to pursue cooperation across the development project, including fundraising, corporate finance and co-investment.
Hana Financial Chairman Young-joo Ham (함영주) said, “We will break down the boundaries between finance and development projects and build a new cooperation model that combines the strengths of the two fields.” He said, “We will serve as a financial partner for the successful 추진 of the urban advanced logistics complex development project, which builds various complex infrastructure such as logistics, finance, medical and cultural facilities.”
