Coinbase is doing some spring cleaning on its exchange. The platform will suspend trading on six non-USD pairs. These include LSETH-ETH, MINA-EUR, GRT-GBP, MASK-GBP, CHZ-USDT and CRO-USDT.

Starting August 6, 2026, as part of a routine push to improve market health and concentrate liquidity. The assets themselves are not being delisted. Eligible Coinbase Advanced Trade users can still trade them against USD.

Thin Volume Meets the Chopping Block

Coinbase Markets said the move follows regular monitoring of order-book depth and trading activity. Pairs that fail to attract meaningful volume get pruned so the remaining markets stay tighter and more efficient.

Several of the affected pairs had already been shifted into limit-only mode, a standard step that stops new market orders while still allowing limit orders to be placed, canceled, or matched.

The list covers a mixed bag: Liquid Collective’s staked ETH (LSETH), Mina Protocol (MINA), The Graph (GRT), Mask Network (MASK), Chiliz (CHZ) and Crypto.com’s CRO. None of these are obscure tokens, but their non-USD corridors — especially EUR, GBP and certain USDT books — simply never built enough consistent flow to justify keeping the pairs open.

What Traders Need to Know

If you have open positions or resting orders on any of these pairs, the window to adjust is short. Once the suspension hits, those specific order books disappear. The underlying assets remain available through USD pairs on Advanced Trade in supported regions, so the practical impact for most users is limited to a change in trading venue rather than a full exit from the tokens.
