Among the teams showing interest in the 23-year-old Swedish forward, Virtus Bologna has emerged as one to watch as he weighs his next move, sources tell BasketNews.

Standing 206 cm tall with a 213 cm wingspan, Klintman fits the profile of a modern combo forward thanks to his versatility, defensive switchability, perimeter shooting, and ability to play multiple positions.

Selected with the 37th overall pick in the 2024 NBA Draft, Klintman appeared in 20 NBA games with the Pistons, averaging 1.9 points, 1.3 rebounds, and 0.7 assists in fewer than six minutes per game.

The majority of his development came with the Motor City Cruise, Detroit’s G League affiliate, where he showcased the all-around game that made him an intriguing NBA prospect.

During the 2025-26 G League season, Klintman averaged 13.0 points, 5.4 rebounds, 2.3 assists, 1.4 steals, and 0.4 blocks in 26 minutes per game while shooting 47% from the field and 39% from three-point range.

Among his best performances of the season was a 26-point, 9-rebound outing against the College Park Skyhawks, when he also recorded 4 offensive rebounds and 4 steals.

On a previous back-to-back night, he had 25 points, 5 rebounds, and 3 assists.

Before entering the NBA, Klintman launched his professional career with the Cairns Taipans in Australia’s NBL.

During the 2023-24 season, he averaged 10.2 points, 4.7 rebounds, 0.9 assists, 1.0 steals, and 0.5 blocks in fewer than 22 minutes per game, showcasing the versatility that later made him a second-round NBA Draft pick.
