Over the past 24 hours, a decrease has been observed in the prices of major assets in the cryptocurrency market, APA-Economics reports.
The price of Bitcoin, the market leader, decreased by 0.40% to $68,815.
The price of Ethereum also decreased by 0.85% to $2,111.
A mostly negative dynamic was also recorded in other major cryptocurrencies. Thus, the price of BNB decreased by 0.05% to $599, the price of Bitcoin Cash decreased by 0.07% to $432, and the price of Monero decreased by 0.93% to $325.
At the same time, an increase was observed in some assets. The price of “Zcash” rose by 0.91% to $256. Among gold-indexed assets, the price of “PAX Gold” increased by 0.19% to $4,640, while the price of “Tether Gold” rose by 0.20% to $4,625.
The global cryptocurrency market capitalization decreased by 0.67% to $2.35 trillion.
According to analysts, the partial exit of market participants from risky assets, geopolitical tensions, and uncertainties related to monetary policy led to the decline in prices.
