AIAI Holdings (NASDAQ: $AIAI) is moving its Constellation Network (CRYPTO: $DAG) portfolio deeper into consumer payments with the public launch of Arca Wallet, a self-custodial mobile wallet built around digital dollars.
The Dallas-based company said Arca is now available on the App Store and Google Play, giving users a way to hold, send and manage dollar-denominated digital currencies from a smartphone without relying on a bank account. The wallet supports USDC (CRYPTO: $USDC) and USDT (CRYPTO: $USDT), two U.S. dollar-backed stablecoins issued and redeemable by third parties.
Arca is designed around a self-custody model, meaning users retain control of their own keys and funds. Account setup can be completed through email or social login, with no minimum balance or prior digital asset experience required. The product also covers network transaction costs on behalf of users, leaving senders with Arca’s disclosed flat fee.

AIAI is positioning the launch as more than another wallet release. Arca includes identity verification and an in-app marketplace meant to let users onboard once, then access approved partner applications through the same wallet over time. The company said that the structure could extend into areas such as travel, healthcare registration, insurance, government benefits, employee onboarding and other digital forms or app-based services.
Constellation CEO Ben Jorgensen said Arca was built around a simple principle: “Your wallet and everything in it belongs to you.” He said the product is meant to provide banking-style features without requiring a bank.
AIAI is leaning heavily on the cross-border payments use case. The company said Arca can settle international transfers in seconds at a flat 0.5% fee, positioning it against wire transfers that often take one to five business days and remittance costs that average 6.36% globally.
Arca is not a bank, and the company said digital dollars held in the wallet are not bank deposits, FDIC insured or guaranteed by any government entity.
